For prospective team members.
Where do Umbrella Talent staff work from?
Our team works remotely from the Philippines, South Africa, and Fiji, supporting Australian businesses. You'll be set up with our enterprise-grade infrastructure — secure browser login, Active Directory authentication, and connection to Australian data centres.
What roles are most in demand?
Customer support, executive assistants, bookkeeping, digital marketing, IT/software, and back-office admin. If you have specialist experience outside these areas, we still want to hear from you — we match candidates to evolving client briefs.
How does pay work?
You're paid through Umbrella Talent — not directly by the client. We handle payroll, statutory contributions, and HR administration. Pay rates depend on the role, experience, and client engagement — we discuss this transparently during the matching process.
How long does the application process take?
Initial review typically takes 3–5 business days. If your profile is a strong match for a current role, we'll invite you to a short interview and skills check. From application to placement, most successful candidates start working within 2–4 weeks.
