Adam has spent over a decade building and scaling people-led businesses across Australia, with a focus on sustainable growth, operational resilience, and building teams that perform without constant oversight. He understands the commercial pressure that drives businesses toward offshore staffing, the operational reality of making it work at scale, and the cost — financial and reputational — of getting it wrong in a regulated environment. At Umbrella Talent, Adam leads client relationships, business development, and strategic direction.

Dr Chris Cartwright brings deep technical expertise across managed IT services, cybersecurity, and cloud computing infrastructure. His career has been spent designing systems that perform under genuine scrutiny — not just minimum compliance thresholds. The security infrastructure underpinning every Umbrella Talent engagement is a direct expression of that standard: purpose-built from the ground up, not retrofitted after the fact. Chris leads the technical architecture, infrastructure governance, and ongoing security oversight of the Umbrella Talent platform.
